PROCESS OF RECRUITMENT:
Over the years CONTINENTAL CONTRACTORS has developed and matured in
the field of "Manpower Management / Consultants". Our Business
Development Divisions at Various Overseas Offices make presentations
to their prospective Clients with regard to their respective HRD requirements;
thereafter entering into mutually agreed terms of Association i.e.
(MOU) / Contract.
The established clients send us their respective Manpower RequirementS.
We, in turn seek the prospective candidates based on the job-profile,
from our Data Bank or by advertising in the Media.
The prospective short-listed candidates are interviewed by the Panel
of Experts and are Trade Tested; if required, at SUBCO (Our Trade
Testing Institute). Once satisfied, the Panel recommends them to our
esteemed Client, through our Business Development Managers.
On receiving approvals from our esteemed Client our Procurement Department
process the documentation in liaison with the client for Visa Clearances,
Ticketing and other related Norms like medical fitness etc. Soon after
all required formalities are completed the candidates are deployed
to their respective destinations.
